In March 2019 a contest for The Ugliest Snow Bank was launched on The Weather Network channel. I found this subject to be compelling and so I challenged myself to find and shoot The Ugliest Snow Bank. Using only an iphone6s I shot and posted my video and picture of The Ugliest Snow Bank and to my surprise they posted my 15 second video live on TV.
So began my interest in weather related pictures and videos.
In less than a year many of my iPhone weather related pictures/videos have been on TV. Many of my still images have had 1,000 to 28,000 views with some of my videos being picked and shown live onto their broadcasts.
