This swan appears to have neck problems. It is timid and doesn’t feed from the lake bottom (like other swans) it seems to want hand outs. Feb.4’20 I’ve sent requests to Toronto Wildlife Centres to check it out. Hope to give you updates when I get them.Lorraine Parow
